Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with touring the community and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lease prospects from first contact to move-in and drive occupancy goals.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins with marketing efforts.
• Manage move-in/move-out inspections and lease renewals while tracking occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, tax and applicable regulations.
