Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Direct leasing, marketing, and maintenance activities.
• Manage cash flow and leasing strategy to meet financial goals.
• Prepare and review monthly operating statements and variances.
