Job summary

Landon is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in achieving the community's financial and occupancy goals. You will handle on-site accounting, rent collection, move-ins, and resident relations, ensuring high-quality service aligned with S2 Residential’s values.

Responsibilities include opening the community on time, coordinating inspections, maintaining resident files, and collaborating with vendors and staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years+ residential property management experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (FCRA, ADA, Landlord Tenant Law, OSHA).
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in operating the community to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Process rents and move-ins, deposits, and move-out procedures.
• Maintain resident files and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Open the community on schedule and coordinate with vendors, residents, and staff.
