Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the multifamily Assistant Manager position.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent rent and maintain all accounts receivable, including posting rent and preparing notices.
• Close out accounting and complete month end.
• Assist the Property Manager in leasing, marketing, and training the team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and handle after-hours calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Inspect property conditions and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
