Brazos Residential Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our multifamily communities in the Garland, TX area. The role emphasizes rent collection, postings, reconciliations, and compliance with company procedures while maintaining strong customer service for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in multifamily housing, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the multifamily Assistant Manager position.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent rent and maintain accounts receivable.
• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Close out accounting and complete month end.
• Prepare and deliver routine correspondence and notices.
• Assist leasing and marketing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and on-site staff.
• Rotate on-call 24/7 for after-hours and holiday calls.
