Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the multifamily Assistant Manager position.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect all delinquent rent and ensure monthly delinquency stays around target.
• Maintain accounts receivable and rent roll; post rents and deposits; prepare notices and evictions.
• Work the 1st Saturday of each month to collect and post rents; assess 2% delinquency threshold monthly.
• Close out accounting and complete month end.
• Prepare routine correspondence, rent reminders, and notices as needed.
• Distribute renewal letters and complete lease/renewal paperwork per guidelines.
• Inspect properties for safety and cleanliness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Assist Property Manager during absences and provide training to the team.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Assist in leasing and marketing activities; support policy adherence and process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents; ensure responsive onsite interaction.
• Travel between properties and BRM HQ; maintain vehicle insurance proof.
