Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2 years property leasing experience or related skills required.
• 1-3 years experience managing others.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collect rent, post rent and perform daily deposits.
• Process delinquencies, evictions, and tenant refunds as needed.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports and close-out documents.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals; assist with resident relations.
• Coordinate with maintenance for unit reconditioning after move-out.
