Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned Arvada, CO property. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all housing laws while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Your role includes overseeing leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to deliver exceptional service. The successful candidate has 4–6 years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely collection and posting of rent/fees, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate with vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident concerns and ensure maintenance teams meet company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
