Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financials.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Lead and train on-site staff to meet standards and goals.
