Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned Colorado property, leading a team to meet financial and occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will oversee budgeting, leasing, vendor management, and staff supervision, while maintaining resident satisfaction and property standards. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Maintains revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection.
• Approves vendor invoices and manages communications with contractors and owners.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees leasing processes, inspections, notices, and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Leads and trains property staff, hires and evaluates performance, and supports owner relationships.
