Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily property in Colorado Springs. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, oversee leasing and marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently or as a leader.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with vendors and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
