Job summary
Willow Bridge Property Company in Richardson, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and daily operations of our residential communities. You will manage lease renewals and renewals programs, oversee rent collections, analyze occupancy trends, coordinate property tours, and assist with marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy. A minimum of 1 year of related experience and strong communication skills are required.
Qualifications
Min 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to motivate and lead a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
Role may require a valid driver’s license or state license/certification.
Responsibilities
Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
Assist with marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
