Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. in Vermillion, SD, is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations of The Quarters Vermillion, a 169-unit student housing community. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed to meet business goals.

The compensation range is $58,397.00 - $70,230.00 plus bonus potential. Final offers depend on education, skills, experience, and location. Tailwind Group offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in property management; student housing experience preferred.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and leadership of the site team.
• Develop and manage annual budgets to achieve NOI goals.
• Oversee leasing processes to meet occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and on-site staff.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure excellent service.
