Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations at Towne Lakes Apartments in Grand Chute, WI. You will direct leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and team leadership to deliver a positive resident experience.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, customer service skills, and familiarity with property management software. CAM and a bachelor's degree are preferred. We offer development, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy.
• Must be flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the apartment community to strengthen and uphold value and integrity of the company.
• Partner cohesively with leaders to ensure each team’s success in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee maintenance and office teams; structure varies by division.
• Train team members on customer service and apartment sales techniques.
• Meet with team members regularly to discuss strengths and development opportunities.
• Set and adhere to operational budgets in collaboration with leaders.
• Interview and hire qualified candidates.
• Maintain positive interactions with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
• Evaluate contractor projects for quality and contract compliance when applicable.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on general operations, payroll, and financial performance of the community.
