• EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification.
• Own basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations at a large apartment community.
• Supervise a maintenance team and coordinate unit turns.
• Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain safety, quality, and resident satisfaction standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and inspections.
• Keep accurate records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Coordinate with the property manager and vendors.
