Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.
• Skills in leasing and marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision and administration.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing, marketing and facilities operations strategies with actionable plans.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train and develop direct reports; foster a positive workplace.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans for staff.
• Coordinate compensation decisions with HR and supervisor.
• Oversee maintenance, curb appeal and preventative maintenance; advocate for capital improvements.
• Lead resident experience efforts, including communications and collections where applicable.
• Manage property performance to budget, maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure safety and compliance; liaise with university partners and support teams.
• Attend resident events and resolve escalated resident concerns.
• Provide oversight of vendor partnerships and service quality.
