Job summary

Greystar seeks a capable Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Denver. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rents, and ensure compliance with policies and housing laws while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, analyze market trends, and develop leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage daily operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and reviewing marketing/operational reports.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents, collecting fees, posting deposits, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to complaints; ensure maintenance standards.
