Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Denver. You will lead the onsite team, drive budgeting, leasing, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

The role emphasizes financial management, vendor coordination, and strong communication with owners, residents, and staff to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and preparing status reports.
• Approve invoices, verify insurance, and coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease processes, inspections, notices, and renewal actions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and oversee maintenance team performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Supervise staff through hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Engage with owners, provide updates, and respond to requests.
