Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Denver-area apartment community. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, ensure lease compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. On-site position with extensive vendor coordination and owner communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property and oversee the on-site team.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and reviewing financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms and property rules.
• Conduct regular property inspections and supervise staff performance.
• Maintain client/owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
