Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Manager in Gainesville, FL to lead the site team, meet occupancy and budget goals, and enhance asset value. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and resident services while ensuring compliant, high-quality operations.

The role requires a strong leader with budget experience and a focus on customer service, with responsibilities spanning financials, marketing, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles; preferably in student housing.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in previous position.
• Licenses/certifications locally mandated or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy and budget targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Manage performance, conduct staff meetings, and handle payroll-related activities.
• Develop marketing plans and monitor leasing velocity and pricing strategies.
• Oversee facilities, budgets, contracts, and vendor liaison for the asset.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain resident relations, handling disputes and renewal processes.
