Qualifications

• Analyze budgets, control expenditures, and forecast NOI.
• Develop marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee maintenance planning and vendor contracts.
• Manage resident services, renewals, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and risk controls.
