Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations. The role partners with site teams to maintain occupancy, process service requests, and drive lease renewals.

You will analyze weekly leasing reports, help implement marketing campaigns, and ensure timely rent collection while upholding service standards across 1+ communities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Accept move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations and inquiries.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, needed repairs, and landscaping.
