Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations, tenant relations, and property activities at our community. The role requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to tour the community, climb stairs, and coordinate with residents.

You will assist with lease renewals, analyze leasing reports, help develop marketing efforts, and manage rent collections. A high school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community, walk the property, and climb stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require a state-specific license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Responsible for lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies (advertising, promotions, publications).
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
