Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks an on-site property accounting professional to manage daily financial operations, rent collection, and reporting for a community. You will utilize Yardi/OneSite to process invoices, deposits, and reconciliations, while ensuring lease enforcement and revenue optimization.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Completes daily financial transactions: rent, fees, deposits, and payments; prepares bank deposits and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensures data integrity with updates and backups.
• Reviews resident files to determine unpaid amounts and communicates with residents about balances; enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices for payment; coordinates with accounting and owners as needed.
• Follows eviction procedures per company policy; manages move-outs and charges as applicable.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the community manager's absence; coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Assists in client/owner relations with tours, updates, and sponsor communications.
