Job summary

The Annex Management Group is seeking a Community Manager to lead resident experiences and property operations at our Columbus location. You will drive customer-first service, support the company mission, and work to achieve occupancy and budget goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine care for residents. This full-time exempt role offers a fast-paced office environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred but not required.
• Student Housing experience preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years previous management experience required.
• Strong desire to impact residents’ lives with a positive attitude.
• Proficient communication and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for prospects, residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners.
• Execute resident services to positively impact residents’ lives.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Aim for above average resident survey results.
• Manage occupancy and budget within financial targets.
• Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures.
• Lead property team members to follow procedures.
• Document all internal and external reporting accurately.
• Handle daily accounting functions (accounts receivable/payable).
• Maintain health and safety guidelines at the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
