Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of budgeting and accounting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, partners, investors, and owners.
• Drive resident services and curb appeal to improve property outcomes.
• Manage property to meet occupancy and budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and reporting requirements.
• Supervise property team and ensure SOP adherence.
• Handle daily accounting functions (A/R, A/P) and maintain health and safety standards.
