CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to create engaging events and programs that connect residents within large communities. The role requires collaboration with the communications team, budget oversight, and strong partner relationships, all while representing CCMC in a professional manner onsite in Texas.

You will lead calendar planning, content development for communications, and initiatives that foster a vibrant resident experience, including board liaison and public speaking opportunities.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.
• Must pass pre‑employment background checks and driving record.

Mansioni

• Create and manage a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate to develop content for the community website, newsletters, promotional materials and social media.
• Produce, maintain and follow an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures; handle administrative duties.
• Support for community clubs, groups and committees; build strong board relationships.
• Engage residents through public speaking and active involvement with the Board of Directors.
