Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to create and manage engaging community events, programs, and communications. You will partner with residents and local organizations to foster connections across neighborhoods and office spaces.

The role requires 3–4 years in event planning or related fields, 2 years in communications, and a bachelor's degree in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development. Onsite, full-time with some evenings and weekends for events.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Collaborate on community communications (website, newsletters, social media).
• Manage a budget for activity income and expenses.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
• Oversee amenity center operations and rentals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Handle administrative duties.
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and engagement responsibilities.
