Morgan Properties is hiring a Porter for Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. You will help maintain clean, safe spaces and support readiness for new residents, contributing to a welcoming environment.

This on-site role emphasizes reliability, outdoor work, and teamwork. Previous cleaning/maintenance experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is helpful for mobility and errands around the community."

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, groundskeeping, hospitality, or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle weather-related tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (helpful for mobility).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive grounds, common areas, amenities, and community spaces
• Assist with apartment turnovers and prepare homes for new residents
• Remove trash and complete daily property upkeep
• Support landscaping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks
• Assist the Service Team with community needs and resident requests
• Help create an exceptional living experience for our residents
