MORGAN PROPERTIES IS HIRING! We're looking for our new Porter at Waterfront Apartments! Morgan Properties is hiring a Porter to join our team at Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. As a Porter, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting the overall success of the community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
• 20% Rent Discount

What You’ll Do
