Job summary

CA Mgmt is seeking a Leasing Manager in Gilbert, AZ. You will lead the leasing team to hit occupancy and revenue goals, manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in, and coach staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong sales leadership, coaching ability, and a working knowledge of property management software. Weekend availability is expected to maintain peak leasing activity and ensure service quality across the community.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, as leasing activity peaks on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing process end-to-end, setting and monitoring team leasing goals including traffic-to-lease conversion, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Personally engage with prospects on escalated tours, negotiations, or high-priority units to model best practices and support the team in closing leases.
• Review and approve lease agreements, addenda, and move-in documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policy before execution.
• Analyze daily and weekly leasing activity against goals and adjust team priorities, staffing, and outreach accordingly.
• Set pricing and concession recommendations in partnership with the Property Manager based on market conditions and occupancy trends.
