Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site team members.
Direct marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity.
Maintain excellent resident communication to promote retention and satisfaction.
Plan and execute resident events and community engagement activities.
Mediate resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Negotiate vendor pricing and oversee vendor relationships and services.
Monitor property performance, budgets, and financial goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
