Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking a Community Manager to oversee multiple multifamily communities in the Seattle area. You will drive leasing, maintenance, compliance, resident relations, and day-to-day operations while ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead onsite teams, manage financial performance, and uphold legendary service across properties. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resident

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with property management and financial software systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, resident relations, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure property standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Conduct weekly property inspections and follow-up on issues.
• Coordinate rent-ready units and move-in/move-out processes.
• Audit leasing files for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly financial and operational reports.
• Lead and coach onsite teams to meet KPIs.
