The Neiders Company is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily properties in the Sumner, Washington area. You will drive leasing, maintenance, resident relations, compliance, and onsite team leadership to meet company standards and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with property management and financial software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, curb appeal, and common areas.
• Conduct weekly inspections and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of rent-ready units and coordinate with onsite teams.
