Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Lifestyle Support Coordinator for 500 Brickell, a high-rise property in Miami. You will back up the Lifestyle Coordinator, manage daily operations, assist with resident services, amenities, front desk tasks, and incident follow-ups.

You will help maintain service standards, coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendors, and support events, communications, and policy adherence across the property.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lifestyle Coordinator's primary operational support.
• Maintain awareness of ongoing operational issues and resident concerns.
• Assist with amenity inspections, reservations, and event prep.
• Provide Front Desk & Receiving support when needed to maintain continuity.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, payroll prep, and onboarding.
• Track items, follow up, and escalate when necessary.
