Morgan Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations, support resident experience, and maintain community standards across our properties. You’ll own key operational processes, manage administrative tasks, and partner with the Area Community Manager to execute priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or customer service management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage processes with accuracy.
• Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Resident Engagement & Leasing: Resolve complex resident concerns with professionalism and sound judgment; manage the full resident lifecycle (applications, move-ins/move-outs, lease renewals, retention); support leasing activity and ensure a consistent experience for residents.
• Operations & Financial Administration: Execute property inspections, monitor curb appeal, and ensure safety and compliance; manage resident accounts, collections, ledgers, and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness; track occupancy, revenue, and leasing activity; follow established processes and escalate when needed.
• Collaboration & Execution: Partner with the Area Community Manager to execute priorities; coordinate with on-site teams and support partners; maintain organization across competing priorities; contribute to a service-driven environment.
