Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Two years of residential property or related operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents and conduct follow-up within seven days.
• Scan documents into Onesite and manage pending tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident concerns per established guidelines.
• Ensure timely responses to voicemails, texts, and emails from residents.
• Collaborate with Business Manager and Renewal teams to meet leasing and renewal goals.
• Maintain resident relations and service requests using CRM.
