Job summary

UDR is seeking a Resident Services Manager 2 to join our team at The Flats at Palisades in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on resident relations, service quality, and collaborative operations to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, coordinating with vendors, and managing daily administrative tasks, leases, and events, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, compliance, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years property management experience onsite operations and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in events, marketing, and website management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and customer service to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.
• Oversee day‑to‑day community operations including leasing coordination and move‑in orientation.
• Lead a small team and supervise a Resident Service Coordinator or Specialist when applicable.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT, and administrative staff to maintain operations.
• Monitor and improve community metrics, respond to service requests, and ensure quality standards.
