Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist in Lubbock, TX, to deliver an outstanding resident experience and help drive high renewal rates. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, property reputation, and supporting the leasing team at The Holly, a garden-style student housing community near Texas Tech University.

This full-time, in-office position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Prior experience in student housing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Oversee renewal campaigns with Leasing & Marketing Manager.
• Maintain property reputation by managing online reviews and responding to feedback.
• Support leasing and occupancy efforts, including tours, applications, and move-in procedures.
• Assist with annual turnover and on-call emergencies as needed.
