The role is full-time, in-office, with a 65k–80k salary plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a background in student housing or property management to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Experience in supervising staff and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional resident service and resolve concerns.
• Maintain curb appeal and property standards through regular walks.
• Develop and manage annual budgets to protect NOI.
• Oversee leasing processes to achieve occupancy goals.
• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing, and office teams.
• Coach staff through regular feedback and trainings.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership for decisions.
