Tailwind Group seeks a Property Manager for The Holly, a 288-unit student housing community in Lubbock, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee leasing goals, and drive financial performance while ensuring exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or related) and 3+ years in property management, with supervisory experience preferred. This is a full-time, in-office position with potential after-hours responsibilities and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business admin, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in property management; supervisory experience desired.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI targets helpful.
