Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Pittsburgh, PA to lead a property team and drive financial and operational success. You will hire, train, and motivate staff, implement leasing strategies, and maintain strong owner relationships.

The role requires supervision experience in multi-family housing, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage budgets and forecasts while ensuring compliance and safety at the property.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1–3 years, proven ability to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage teams.
• Management: 1–3 years multi-family property management experience.
• Preferred background: Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team to meet financial and operational goals.
• Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Oversee invoicing, financial records, and reports.
• Monitor market trends and adjust property operations accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor management.
• Provide updates to clients/owners and conduct property tours.
