Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations across its communities. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires leadership of onsite staff to meet service and leasing standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, marketing, lease paperwork, renewal strategies, delinquency management, and reporting. A strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and resident engagement is expected, with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all community associates.
• Supports and participates in fulfilling customer service and leasing standards.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and courteously and provides solutions to resolve issues.
• Directs all marketing efforts.
• Prepares paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determines lease renewal rates and delivers renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommends rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase rental activity.
• Reviews resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances and enforces the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports, delinquency updates, and other income/expense tracking.
• Directs resident activities, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Identifies areas for improvement to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Refreshes rent and concession strategies by researching market conditions quarterly.
• Collects, posts, and deposits rents and security deposits daily.
• Leads budgeted occupancy, collections, and expense management.
