Auben Realty is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to elevate the resident experience across our managed properties. You will be the first impression by phone, email, and in person, driving satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement.

Responsibilities include serving residents, coordinating showings, processing payments, and handling Section 8-related tasks, with a focus on exceptional service and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for residents and follow up with prospective residents via email and phone.
• Schedule and manage prospective resident showings and greet/assist walk-ins.
• Answer, screen, and forward general calls and messages to appropriate team members.
• Process resident payments, receive receipts, and assist with Section 8 paperwork and notices.
• Develop and participate in community outreach programs/events.
