Job summary

GC Service Corp is seeking a Resident Services Manager in California to handle resident concerns and deliver exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for resident issues and work with the management team to align solutions with community goals.

Responsibilities include leasing support, communications, rule enforcement, and supervising staff while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of conventional/market rate property management on site experience.
• Experience managing a team of employees, preferably leasing and maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Identify resident issues by listening and addressing concerns. Proactively invite residents to share issues.
• Assist leasing team with tours and renewals as needed.
• Develop resident communications and enforce community rules and regulations.
• Promote positive resident relations and the Garden Communities/Property Brand.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and equipment preventive plans.
