MG Properties is seeking a dynamic, customer-service oriented Resident Services Coordinator for Shift Apartments in San Diego, CA. The role involves administrative responsibilities to ensure a positive resident experience, handling lease questions, service requests, and coordinating monthly events.

You will respond to emails, manage the queue, process work orders, and support leasing activities while maintaining compliance with housing and safety laws.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must have basic working knowledge in computer skills.
• High reasoning ability and problem-solving.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Some travel to areas outside property location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Organize, prepare and distribute monthly property newsletter and events calendar.
• Plan and oversee all resident events; quarterly, monthly and weekly.
• Oversees staff events and monitors budgets and expenses.
• Promote positive resident relations and enhance living experience.
• Assist with Leasing duties and update advertising to maximize rental growth.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests and coordinate facilities use.
• Operate equipment in facilities and handle emergencies and safety hazards.
