Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
• Real Estate License and state-required permits/certifications needed.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with residents in the portfolio.
• Drive lease renewals and execute new leases.
• Represent the company at eviction hearings.
