Job summary

Cascade Apartments in Henderson, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily properties. You will perform make-ready duties, address resident requests, and help deliver superior service.

Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance, plus on-call coverage. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading policy manuals and safety rules.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks across trades.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments including painting, carpeting, cleaning and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Supports commitments to residents with move-ins and customer service.
• Maintains plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hour emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies.
• Attends training programs as required by Cushman and Wakefield.
