Qualifikationen

• 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or office experience.
• Experience in multifamily leasing or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for outreach.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Colorado applicants: upfront pricing experience is a plus.

• Support occupancy and revenue goals.

• Prepare lease documents and maintain records.
• Assist with resident move-ins and onboarding.
• Collaborate with on-site management to support leasing.
