Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate for the Springs at Mishawaka community in Granger, Indiana. You will drive leasing goals by guiding prospects from first contact through move-in and by delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will report to the Community Manager and balance sales with outstanding customer service, while maintaining a presentable community and coordinating tours, inspections, and renewals to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in a leasing or hospitality setting.
• Ability to build relationships with prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Leverage marketing, advertising, events and technology to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Handle follow-ups with prospects and renewals.
